About Ivica Jurikova

BIO

Ivica Juríková is a visual artist inspired by nature – especially the sea, trees, minerals, and in particular, geodes.
Through her artworks, she seeks to convey tranquility and harmony, bringing these feelings into the lives and spaces of their new owners.✨

Her artistic journey began in the Czech Republic, where she her skills in fused glass. There, she learned from some of the best masters and discovered the magic of transforming molten glass into her own creations.

During her time in the United States, she had the privilege of working with some of the most renowned glassblowers in the industry at the Pilchuck Glass School. This experience helped her refine her craft , leading to the sale of glass artworks in prestigious venues such as the Trump Hotel and Wynn in Las Vegas.

Life’s path then led Ivica to Luxembourg, where she dedicated herself to the art of ceramics. Working with clay opened up an entirely new world of possibilities, allowing her to explore texture, form, and the tactile nature of art.

Now residing locally in vibrant Andalucía, Spain, Ivica continues to perfect her craft using resin and crystals, adding rich textures and depth to her creations. She also dreams of establishing the region’s largest art and glass center – a place where artists and art enthusiasts can gather, create, collaborate, and inspire one another.

ARTIST STATEMENT

I create art to bring beauty, light, and a sense of wonder into the world. My resin paintings, infused with crystals, are more than just visual pieces – they are invitations to feel, dream, and reconnect with the magic that surrounds us. I believe that art should uplift the soul, spark joy, and create spaces filled with harmony and warmth.
