Do you deliver to my country?
Yes! I offer worldwide shipping and have sent artworks across the world. You can trust that your artwork will arrive safely no matter where you are in the world.
The shipping cost for your country will be shown after you select your country at checkout.
I am based in the Spain so Spain delivery is free.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
Once your order is sent, I will send tracking information in the dispatch confirmation email so you can track your every step of the way.
If you would like to receive an estimate for when your order will be sent, if you have any questions about dispatch times or to put in a special request to receive an order by a certain date, please send email to hello@ivicaart.com.
What happens when I order an original art wall clock?
Each piece gets top coated with clear UV protective resin after ordering, this gives the piece a luxurious professional shiny finish. This process is done after purchase to ensure the best finish ready for its new home.
What is a resin top coat?
A resin top coat is when epoxy resin is used to finish an artwork for a shiny finish.
Can I see a video or a mockup of the piece I am interested in?
Yes! I am happy to send a video of a piece to you to help you to envision it in your home.
I will also be happy to prepare a mock up – a simulation of the artwork in your home/space, if you send me a photo.
How do I hang my order?
Each piece is ready to hang with a certificate of authenticity of the artwork and a handmade signature.
Checkout and payment methods / fixing any checkout issues
I used Stripe, one of the main website builders with a highly secure checkout process.
You can pay with your bank card like a normal online payment. You can also use Paypal.
You will never be charged if a payment hasn’t processed fully, please reach out to me at hello@ivicaart.com if you need any assistance with checkout.
Returns and refunds
If you change your mind about your order in the first 24 hours after making a purchase, you can contact me hello@ivicaart.com to cancel your order. I urge all buyers to fully read the sizes and surface types of the artwork they are interested in prior to purchase.
Under normal circumstances, I do not accept returns or exchanges for original artwork, but if you have any questions or issues, you can always get in contact directly at hello@ivicaart.com
If a returns/refunds is agreed, refunds will be processed once a returning artwork is received. All artwork is packaged incredibly safely to ensure safe transit. Also please ensure you read all sizes, surfaces and hanging styles for an artwork prior to purchase to make sure it is the correct fit for your home, if you are unsure about colour matching, feel free to ask for a video or a mockup of the artwork before purchase, I also take commissions if you would like something made to order instead, to match colours in your home and your desired size.
Custom orders are non-refundable, once payment is received securely through my website, I begin ordering supplies, prepping boards/canvases, readying my work space, colour matching and out sourcing specific colours requested for your custom request. All details of commissions are spoken and agreed prior to purchase and I will update you on your custom piece throughout the creation process.
Why do prices vary between similar sizes?
Prices vary when pieces are created on different surfaces, there are a mixture of surfaces currently used, from canvas to wooden panels to musuem grade aluminium cradled panels. Other factors include the year of creation, how many layers a piece has or additional layers required for a top coat, prices of other mediums that have been used.
